Group Project Kit #2 - "Strawberry Fields Stitching Bag and Accessories":

The Strawberry Fields Bag is a luscious little drawstring bag shaped like a strawberry.  It has twisted cord pulls with a strawberry pincushion attached.    The accessories include a scissors sheath, needle case and a ruler sheath with the delicate scrimshaw ruler included.  All the pieces are stitched on 30ct Crushed Strawberry Legacy Linen using DMC floss and pearl cotton.

 The specialty stitches used on this piece are Cretan stitch, Cross-tied windmill, nun stitch, smyrna cross, cross stitch over one and single cross stitches.  This project works well as a pre-stitch piece with a finishing workshop.

 Kit will include:  Fabric, threads, needles, lining fabric, overdyed silk ribbon, and ultra suede.
